[governance] [bestbits] IGF website is down for me?

The secret key is that you were visiting that site earlier in the day and so the DNS server you’re using has the IP cached.

 

Those that don’t have it cached will fail to load the site.

I should really stay out of this because I'm not a techie BUT I've been participating online since Sunday without any difficulty. Initially I tried to "get there" via www.intgovforum.org as usual but that didn't work. I poked around and discovered that I could arrive via http://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/ (the /multilingual/ seems to be the secret key)

If you want to participate online I recommend that you try the link with the /multilingual/

I hope it works for you as well as it has been working for me
