Dear Carlos,
Some years ago civil society people from across the board began to have
concerns about the selection process for civil society representatives for
the MAG and various other global bodies/meetings. Out of that came the
Civil Society Coordination Group (CSCG) which comprised several large
global civil society coalitions - currently Internet Governance Caucus
(IGC), Bestbits, Just Net Coalition (JNC), Association for Progressive
Communications (APC) and the Non-commercial Users Constuency (NCUC).
The intention is that civil society applications for these global
groups/meetings can now be channeled through a selection process of global
civil society for endorsement.
Should you wish your nomination to be considered by CSCG for possible
endorsement, please send a copy to Richard Hill (copied in this message)
the non-voting chair of the current CSCG Nomcom. I see you have already
shared the nomination with IGC - thank you.
If you need more information of any sort you can contact me directly. I am
the IGC member of the current CSCG Nomcom.
Thank you
Deirdre

with a little help from Google
Gracias
Deirdre
