[governance] Reminder: New IGC Representative on CSCG: Nomination Opens

Dear colleagues,

We have only 1 nomination so far.

I just want to stress out that we need to hold an election so i need more
contestants for this important role. If there is no one else, there won't
be election and we will just consider the nominated person.

Given that Analia (who will help technically to coordinate the polls) will
be offline until September 4th, we have few more days to accept more
nominations. I hope this will give you ample time to make your mind.

Note that other groups are already sending names to the CSCG, the IGC is
still undecided. We need to decide so that we can plan elections within the
NCSG for new Chair/Co chair as well.
