[governance] Research Question on MAG Selection Process

Lo mas simple no es hacer una elección democrática, sin que se busque  
"argollas" o grupos. La participación de todos, tomando en cuenta:  
experiencia, conocimiento y sobretodo el respeto a la libre elección  
son la base de cualquier Organización. Aquí en Perú, seguimos con el  
Capítulo de ISOC y un señorito, que tiene "amarrado" a sus fines  
personales y egoístas a nuestra Organización. Nadie le dice y lo hace  
nada, parece que tiene impunidad y no respeta los derechos de los  
miembros para devolver el nombre de ISOC-PERU a sus miembros.
