[governance] IGC Website Management: We need a volunteer!

Dear colleagues,

Hope this finds you well.

We are looking for a volunteer to help in managing our website (
http://igcaucus.org/) and support (or replace?) our dear Jeremy Malcolm who
has been managing it for few years since he was co-co. He deserves a lot of
thanks.

We need someone with these abilities:
- *Essential*: ability to use web content management and mailing list
software (Drupal and Sympa).
- *Desirable*: familiarity or willingness to learn Unix command line and
LDAP database.

If you are interested, please do let me know. Please note this is urgent as
we need to be able to regularly update our website.
