[governance] Two Internet governance discussions online next week...

Hi again, Divina and everyone,
I checked with the conference organisers: they had a last-minute
cancellation of a woman speaker, and several negative answers from
invitations. They are still working to rectify the gender (im)balance, and
were treating it as a priority before I brought it up.

I, or someone else will update as soon as possible.

Thanks for your concern--this is important for all of us.
