Colleagues,
Some of you probably are aware of this process (especially those who attended the RightsCon conference in the Silicon Valley).
I was invited and took part into the process to source a definition which is now available here: https://www.accessnow.org/no-internet-shutdowns-lets-keepiton/ and on Wikipedia.
Internet shutdown: An intentional disruption of internet or electronic communications, rendering them inaccessible or effectively unusable, for a specific population or within a location, often to exert control over the flow of information.
You can join the campaign by using #KeepItOn on social medias.
