Dear All,
We at the Centre for Communication Governance have published the first in
our 2016 series of Working Papers. This short paper explores the notion of
interdependence and indivisibility of human rights in the context of the
WSIS process and examines a framework of digital human rights.
A revised version of this paper will be published in the NALSAR Student Law
Review (Vol 10). We look forward to hearing your feedback on the paper.
You can access the paper here

Best,
Puneeth
