[governance] IGC meeting in Joao Pessoa

Dear Izumi,
Thank you very much.
I will add my notes to these, and invite and encourage those who were
present at the meeting to do the same.
Thank you also to all of those who came to the meeting.
My apologies to Antonio - I tried to contact your hub as the meeting
started, but without success.
Finally I suggest that in the process of reviewing the World Summit on the
Information Society (WSIS), and in considering the future of the IGC, it
may be useful to revisit the contribution made then by civil society
<https://www.itu.int/net/wsis/docs/geneva/civil-society-declaration.pdf>.
I wish you could all be here with us
