[governance] [bestbits] Ease of Remote Participation in the Brazil IGF

If following 3 or 4 different rooms on YouTube *and* webex both because one
or other them keeps cutting out, with 3 other browsers open running the
transcripts, plus skype  twitter and jabber back channels, isn't remote
participation, I don't know what is! :P
