[governance] Sad news re Ronald Koven

Sad news indeed :(

I met Ronnie on many occasions because he had a background in journalism
and interests similar to mine, i.e., media, free speech and the Internet.
When my father died in 1999, he was among the first to send his condolences
as he was a close personal friend of his. He will surely be missed...

May his soul rest in peace in heaven.
