The subject is so important for Internet Governance and Human rights that I thought I should inform you through this list about the only book on the matter written so far. It is from the Australian colleague Prof Graham Greenleaf
Details on the book, including how to buy it from Oxford University Press at http://www.oup.com/uk/isbn/9780199679669 .
Chapter 1 of the book is available free at http://ssrn.com/abstract=2514972 .
There is also a 30% discount price (only £85) available until 31 March 2015 if you use the form at http://www2.austlii.edu.au/%7Egraham/publications/2014/Greenleaf_flyer-5.pdf
