The 25th issue of "Digital Rights: Latin America & The Caribbean" is out.
This is a monthly newsletter published in three languages with the aim to
analyse recent developments related to technology and human rights in the
LAC region.

The project is the result of a partnership between the Asociación por los
Derechos Civiles (ADC), the NGO Derechos Digitales, Fundación Karisma and
the Center for Technology and Society (CTS/FGV).

Highlight from this issue: Pilar Sáenz and Carolina Botero, from Fundación
Karisma, analyse the recent leak of information from the company Hacking
Team, which revealed the purchase of a remote control software by the
Colombian government for PUMA (the platform used for monitoring and
surveillance in the country).
