Dear Colleagues,
Can we encourage those of you who who wish to give input to do it as
individuals over the next 3 days, but also to share your ideas for
discussion on the list.
Devon has already brought up the issue of the balance between freedom and
security (in the thread *Opening Session @ the Global Conference on
Cyberspace - thoughts welcome* started by Nnenna)
