It is interesting to note that this piece took account of the French Platform Neutrality study <http://www.cnnumerique.fr/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/PlatformNeutrality_VA.pdf>  (and my blogpost commentary <http://gurstein.wordpress.com/2014/08/27/ooh-la-la-the-french-get-internet-neutrality-right-its-all-about-the-monopolies-google-amazon-facebook-twitter-etc/>  on this) which has been more or less completely ignored among the 100’s if not 1000’s of emails that have circulated in the various IG related lists discussing Net Neutrality over the last months. As well, (based on what I’ve been able to glean) the “Platform Neutrality/Monopoly” issues have not been addressed at the IGF either.
