So when the Chinese want to talk with US folks, they call that a
“world” conference. That's like the rest of the world isn't relevant to
them. Oh well, maybe that's simply the truth, and the rest of the world
simply isn't relevant to China as far as the Internet is concerned.
Something for all of us who are neither Chinese nor US-American to
ponder and maybe do something about.
