I agree.

I would be very interested in your and everyone's comments and views
specifically on the following two aspects:

a) Where do you see the distinction between the contributions that each
of these types of processes can make? (What can be achieved through
intergovernmental processes? What can be achieved through
multistakeholder processes? Where should the boundary line or interface
between the two be?)

b) Who should multistakeholder processes be accountable to, and how
can such accountability be achieved?
