[governance] On positioning within the left-right political spectrum (was Re: URGENT: Last call...)

Hello everyone,
after several discussions and ask for clarification, I think we need
to be present to avoid the empty chair policy.
Obviously everything is not correct according to the rules but our
participation will help to clarify any gray areas.
