[governance] URGENT: Call for candidates to IGC co-coordinatorship

Dear All,

Now that the excitement of the new MAG is over it's time for us at the IGC
to have our own election. We need to elect a second Co-coordinator. The
results of the elections for new Co-coordinators a year ago gave Mawaki a
one year term. As he already suggested at several occasions including
during the election last year, he is not in position to serve two more
years. In other words, Mawaki does not intend to stand again.

We invite members of the IGC to nominate candidates (please check with them
first about their willingness to serve), or to nominate themselves as a
co-coordinator to serve from 2015-2017.

Nominations will be open until 19th December, midnight UTC.
