[governance] Comcast undertakes 9 year IETF cosponsorship!?

Too many quotation marks.  If you haven't been around IETF circles, Jason has been a valued participant for several years, as have more than one engineer from comcast.  And since when did the IETF become "your" institution?  Do you by any chance have an RFC or a BCP to your credit, that I missed?
