[governance] DOT EDU EXTENSION

Hello folks,

I'd appreciate any advice and/ assistance.

I'm trying to register a domain name with a .edu extension but it appears
that .edu extensions are not available.

Could someone advise how I could get a domain name with a .edu extension
registered?
