Actually, this is not an argument but an expertly engineered emotion 
with a simple intelligence target: an international demand for 
internet security by IETF/W3C to be transfered from exception to 
common law  i.e. a plain control by the US Congress. I impatiently 
wait for the Hollywood "The Snowden Manipulation" pictures.
