Haha Adam, you beat me to it - I've been forwarding and tweeting this
everywhere.  Big, big news!  ISOC is finally coming around to the
position that many of us, and certainly I, have been advocating for for
eight years!  Non-binding policy outputs from the IGF, developed by
rough consensus through intersessional working processes, and
voluntarily adopted.

Amazing, after fighting us for so long, but they came around to the same
position in the end.  Congratulations ISOC.
