[governance] February IGF consultation [IGFmaglist] Request for Public input

On the Best Bits list we put together a submission to the IGF in response to the request for public input, which you can find at http://bestbits.net/igf-2014-submission/.  IGC members are welcome to endorse it if they agree.  The deadline for submissions is tomorrow.
