Indeed the title of this report is completely misleading. It's all
about the U turn of the USG politics. In the past abusive market
dominance was detrimental to the public, and the likes of Standard
Oil, ITT, ATT, were split in parts. Now the USG favors its giant
monopolies that both feed the NSA with illegally collected personal
data and economic spying. Objective, colonize other countries, in view
of US world dominance. China counteracted 10 years ago.
