At the moment we're trying in the best way we know how, by asking everone
we know.

Realise it is a common issue that all CS participants are faced with
including many academics since travel funding isn't available for meetings
of this nature because they do not fall into the realm of accepted papers/
conferences.

Will come back to you if I hear anything from anyone in the affirmative.

There are a couple of others also that I am aware of.

Let’s make a collective attempt to resolve this.

So that we can make better and more productive use of our time.

An appeal to all for common greater good.

As has been the previous practice. The previous hosts have been able to
successfully set up kiosks at the IGF venues and reimburse participants the
cost towards the visa application fee. It is a positive gesture and
deserves all attempts at prolongation and continuity.
