I realised that I should do this more formally.
There is a proposal from Gene Kimmelman:
I'd like us to put this out as a consensus statement from civil society
"groups."
How does the IGC feel?
It is 18.00 GMT. 48 hours will take us to 18.00 on Friday.
Please indicate your choice, particularly dissenting voices (I haven't
heard any so far.)
