[governance] Session on the roadmap today

Hi everyone,

we expect to have about 6 or 7 speaking slots for civil society (and for 
all other stakeholder groups for that matter) in the working session on 
the roadmap part of the draft document.

It would be good if you could coordinate, try to allocate some of the 
slots beforehand and prepare them well. Slots are only 2 minutes long!

I will explain the working methods in more detail in the first session 
after the lunch break.
