Agreed, although I can't help observing that "trust" can be (and has
been) abused to imply citizens *should* trust the government and that
it's their fault if they don't and create an atmosphere of distrust.
But I trust (!) Nnenna makes it clear that what we want is the
opposite: it's up to governments (and other big actors like
corporations) to prove themselves trustworthy.
