Sorry, this does not make sense to me: IETF secretariat matters have 
been removed from them and are in charge of the IAOC jointly 
supported by ISOC? Anyway the main point is that your remark seemed 
to imply something in relation with Michael's information on Brian's 
IETF Draft?
