Hi,

As i said in a private note,

While I find this construction worryingly vague, I am willing to stop recommending against signing.  I would accept a near consensus call on this phrasing

I will probably still not sign myself as I think we need to add a strong and unambiguous statement about ever moving toward well formed methods of multistakeholder governance.
