Esteemed Karl,

odd, we need to distinguish between those who are keeping the net
running and those who are attacking things."

I've heard from the Deputy Secretary of Defense of the US that the country
will keep those definitions a matter of discretion. I strongly believe that
the rest of the World would be eager to set those things straight.
