I am not sure what happened here, but it is sad that we have come to that.
I haven't heard the other side of the story, but it is just unacceptable
that any one of us would do anything or speak in anyway to anyone else
among us in such a way that the latter would feel physically intimated
--much less threatened (whether the two are meant to be synonymous in the
situation at hand, which I am not presuming, or not.)

As much as I would want to be able to include also "morally intimidated" in
that statement, I'm afraid that notion might be more elusive and difficult
to nail down in a multicultural setting, and many of us have probably and
more than once felt "morally intimidated" by the tone of some of our
discussions. I would urge all participants to try and keep that in mind
when posting, and above all while in face-to-face meetings, to stay away
from any physical manner of engagement or bodily discomposure (for lack of
better words... only due to my own limitations.)
