As there's been bits of discussion here about the state of civil society in IG, just a quick note to say that the Noncommercial Stakeholders Group in ICANN just held an election and with 176 votes cast, Rafik Dammak was elected chair, and Wolfgang Kleinwachter, Avri Doria, and Amr Elsadr were elected to represent us on the GNSO Council.
