[governance] OBJECTION ACK on draft letter

Unfortunate, that ICANN - which, with its US oversight, is considered 
the symbol of global IG status quo - could make what looks like a real 
move forward, but civil society demurs. May be then the mantle of being 
the primary conservative and status quo ist force in global IG can now 
be taken up by the civil society... parminder
