I agree that it would be very good for Eben Moglen's perspective to be
prominently taken into account in these processes aiming at a reform of
Internet governance.

Alas the newest information seems to be that he is not making himself
available for being nominated to the "Panel on the Future of Global
Internet Cooperation",
