All civil society people on the MAG have rotated except for Qusai who
might or might not be civil society. However, there are several private
sector members who have been on the MAG from day one.
Anriette suggests that we should not rotate all cs members. I fully
agree with that. Longer terms can help to make participation more
effective. However, a second term only makes sense for people who are
willing to speak up and do some work.
