what Snowden has shown is that intellition (intelligence in big-data 
utilisation) had become mature. Let not confond PRISM as an 
intelligent system, everyone (including you and me) needs for 
personal protection (contributions are welcome on: 
http://intlnet.org/wiki/Economie_libre_d%27inter%C3%AAt_commun_/_Common_interest_free_economy) 
and the more or less muscular ways to capture data.
