Congratulations to our friends from Haiti and 
especially to Patrick Attié whose constructive 
energy is impressively inexhaustible.

I wonder if the initiative should not take the 
opportunity of the today context to educate, in parallel, on privacy matters...

May be it would read still better 
as  "International Institute on security and privacy in cyberspace"
