[governance] Update on Candidates for MAG Nominees [7 more hours to Go] URGENT

It's a bit mischievous, but I would suggest we forward our list of
nominees to be forwarded with a note listing those who have never
rotated off the MAG since 2006, and suggesting that it would be
appropriate that they be given first priority for rotation this time. 
In no particular order these are:
