[governance] Fwd: I* Organizations 1net consultations on the future of Internet Governance

Its a 1 as in digit 1 and not an I or i, this is something the i-star
or internet star organizations are doing and they've called in others
or somethin. Haven't really gone through the fine print of things and
there isn't much on their website either.....the twitter feed is also
a handful of followers so really don't know how much this is going
on....just shared the information as I found out....
