Dont think Avri means IGC to support the statement..... she seems to say 
trying that kind of thing will get us into substantive discussion... I 
am happy to be told that I am wrong...

I do support IGC endorsing the statement against the proposed W3C move 
to install DRM hooks in the basic web architecture..
