As a matter of fact, I did not use the word "advisor".

What I have done is that I have asked about attending as an *observer*,
on behalf of the IGC, and I have received a response indicating that
that should be possible. In the meantime, I have booked tickets, and I
will be in Geneva, and I'll report back to the IGC, either about how
the door looks from the outside, or about the WG's discussions.
