If it helps, the Best Bits network (which is, of course, open to anyone on this list to join, as many of you already have) will be setting up a working group to try to develop a unified civil society position (or positions) on this, and we'll have another two-day meeting ahead of the IGF in Bali to finalise it, along with a workshop to present it to the other stakeholder groups.  We'll be working closely with the CSTD working group of course, and it helps that four out of the five civil society nominees are past Best Bits participants.

Stay tuned for more on this - but meanwhile you can be assured that there is some preparatory activity going on behind the scenes.
