The NomCom for the 2013-14 Appeals Team seeks your feedback on the following criteria, for candidate selection:
- interaction with the IGC List
- experience in human resources/conflict management
- technical knowledge related to IGC discussions
- content of bio and CV
- regional and gender balance
- as per <http://www.igcaucus.org/nomcom-process> members of the current Appeals team, the IGC Coordinators and the NomCom members, voting and non-voting, are not eligible to nominate
