[governance] Update on the Pacific ICT Regulatory Meeting

Dear All,

The Pacific comprises of 11 countries and territories, 16 of which are
independent nation states and the remaining Territories of the US, France,
Ecuador etc. The Pacific ICT Regulators through the Pacific ICT Regulatory
Resource Center had its 2 day AGM and some very interesting development
topics were on the Agenda. It was also very useful to sit in and observe
the dynamics as well as intervene from time to time.
