The letter to Congress is now up for endorsement!

I have added a "Country" field to the endorsement form (this was omitted last time just by accident), and I have experimentally disabled the need to verify your signature by email.  We'll see if this leads to spam.  For now, I do not have any way of separating the organisational and non-organisational endorsements, though that is coming.

Please spread widely and congratulations everyone for a very solid and convincing letter.
