While of course in any effective campaign on this issue, those US CS
orgs will likely have a pivotal role, OF COURSE international civil
society has every moral right (and IMO even a moral duty) to speak up.
What this Caucus needs to do is to get organized in a way that empowers
international civil society to speak up effectively and legitimately
even while there are those who are seeking to prevent that from
happening.
