This seems to me to capture the issue on the corporate side very well... It
doesn't really matter whether the Internet corps were direct parties to the
surveillance (although the credibility of individual corporate executives is
another issue), what does matter is that this surveillance was going on
either wittingly, unwittingly (or as they say half-wittingly...) on their
watch.
