[governance] IGF Cancelled

The IGF website had this, as at 12:12 GMT today:

The IGF 2013 will be held in Bali, Indonesia on 22-25 October. 

[NEW] The UN is in touch with the organizers to discuss relevent aspects of the meeting. Contarary to rumours currently circulating, neither the IGF Secretariat nor UNDESA have recieved any official notification of a cancellation of the meeting. 

The overarching theme proposed by the MAG for the 2013 IGF meeting is: "Building Bridges"- Enhancing Multistakeholder Cooperation for Growth and Sustainable Development".
